When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
Psalm 56:3

Life can get overwhelming. And, when your very spirit is questioned, it leaves you in a state of free fall.
Do I have faith?
Do I know how to do the right thing?
Am I living outside of what God has for me?

All these questions make everything you’re fully capable of doing so much harder to accomplish.

So, you’re in this moment, and it feels like all you can do is put your face in your hands.
The ground seems rocky, shaky, and uneven, and you’re searching for an answer that doesn’t seem to appear.

Hold on. And hold on tight.

I wonder if you’re feeling a depth of fear that is paralyzing you, today?
As much as we often hear this from other people, I want to reiterate this over you: you’re going to make it, and it’s going to be okay.

When fear tries to cripple us from moving forward we have to remember to trust God.
God isn’t far away in our fear. He hasn’t looked away from us. He takes our hand, looks at the situation, and says it is finished.

We have the upper hand.

We can choose joy. Choose peace.
And trust that this, too, shall pass.
